Materials:
- Long circular needles for magic loop method (or DPNs if you prefer), US size 7 or whatever size you need to obtain gauge
- Yarn guide (optional, but super helpful for colorwork knitting)
- Yarn needle (for weaving in ends)
- Worsted weight yarn of your choice in 2 colors. Sleeve pictured was knitted with Red Heart Super Saver in Cherry Red (A) and Aran (B)
- Gauge is 20 stitches in 4″, or 5 stitches per inch. Gauge is important to ensure a sleeve that fits properly so you and your sweetheart can hold your coffee safely!
- Finished sleeve measured flat is 4″ tall, 4″ wide at the bottom, and 5″ wide at the top. Will fit most paper or Styrofoam coffee cups.
- bo: bind off
- co: cast on
- k: knit
- k1p1: knit one stitch, purl one stitch
- kfb: knit in the front and back of a stitch

*Chart is worked from right to left and bottom to top!*
- When colorwork is complete, cut B.
- Next rnd: with A, kfb, k 23 sts (or until end of needle if doing magic loop); kfb, k to end of rnd. You should now have 50 sts.
